Vlad was brilliant, explaining everything that was/could be wrong with my motorhome.
He kept me informed of when he would be here, and as another job needed doing, came back the following day with the part and replaced it at the storage location.

Vlad was great! I would highly recommend his service! He was able to replace my timing belt, whilst keeping me informed throughout the process which surpassed my expectations.

Vlad arrived when promised and rang ahead. Came equipped to diagnose the problem(warning info and warning light about emissions) I had reported and clearly communicated the cause and implications. He gave me clear advice on next steps. Friendly and courteous throughout. I was going to have to wait over a month and pay more than twice as much for a diagnosis via my normal service department. Instead I received an excellent next day home visit response from Click Mechanic.

Mechanic went to test out a car for pre inspection before I bought it and stated the horn was working. It does not work.

Vlad did the job out in the rain which is unfortunate really, hat off to him. I don't know why though he didn't sign off the job on my warranty and service booklet like every other garage when servicing the car, this was supposed to be a major service after all. A test drive even for a couple of miles after the fuel filter was changed would have been better than nothing.
Overall this kind of mobile mechanic service on the driveway is a good thing, but not sure what to do next time!?
