Would have been ok but the communication wasn't there said he would be back Thursday never let me know he wasn't coming, then said he would be around Friday and never turned up..... And then by Monday still no communication so I canceled.

The work seems well done, but the communication was a little poor, especially with pushing a key through a letterbox with the MOT without regard for a pet in the house (who promptly shredded the MOT and bit the key to carry it away from the door).

Also was a day late and did promise a valet as a comp but didn't actually carry it out.

The Mechanic was polite but diagnostic on vehicle was totally wrong as I had it done a few days later as they did not keep in contact with me about fixing my car so I got it fixed somewhere else so I will not be using this mechanic again or this site

The car was collected and dropped back on time. The service and MOT were undertaken very efficiently and with no problems. Very happy customer.

Aaron was fantastic after he explained the situation with the messaging system that he would get the message 2 hours after I have sent it I had to apologise because It seemed like I was on his case all the time.

Good guys who know their stuff and completed work on time and were courteous and professional.
The car is now running as it should.
