The faultStill hasn't been fixed! This is the second mechanic I've used now from click mechanic and it's still the same.

Car picked up on time and returned clean and tidy. Work carried out ok. Communication very poor,asked for the car to be returned by 3 o'clock because I should have started my shift at 4. Car didn't get returned until 10 past 4. Tried repeated phone calls from 2 o'clock onwards but just left ringing for 3 minutes then just cut off. Tried messaging via the website but didn't get a reply until 3.40.
