My handbrake was in a very upward position when I got in the car started the engine selected reverse and had no brakes. Luckily the drie across was empty so steered the car until it stopped panicked like mad wife in car with me . Put in forward gear and tested the break and it now worked. Hand break back to normal position.

Mechanic was fine but unable to fix the problem which means £90 paid for basically nothing.

He was on time and carried out the work efficiently. Fitted the new battery and performed a diagnostic. So far no problems

Although a bit of an issue arose sorting the fuel filter, the mechanic made sure it was sorted before the end of the day. Still awaiting priority refund as the job was carried out after the priority window. This is via click mechanic nothing to do with the mechanic. Ended up paying more than quoted though which I was disappointed with. Original quote £125 paid £170. Will be total of £155 after refund for priority. Please sort asap click mechanic!

With any good idea, and I do believe clickmechanic to be one, the product is wholly dependent on the quality of the mechanic. Sadly, my mechanic was untimely, poor at communicating and abysmal at sticking to previously agreed work schedules. He eventually started the job of replacing a water pump on a 16 plate Corsa at 4:30pm on a Monday, some 5 hours late. Didn’t finish the job there on then and only returned on Thursday (late again). Even then he disappeared at stages throughout the day. My advice would be to read the reviews thoroughly and choose carefully.
Needless to say, I don’t envisage using clickmechanic again in the near future.

I am fuming as I have come out to a large dent in my car door which could of only been done by the young mechanic. He didn't even bring enough oil with him and had to go get more. I also explained that the dpf filter needed service I was under the impression this was included in a major service but he told me no.
