Patson was great, worked beyond dark to complete the job after having phoned in advance to confirm arrival time towards the end of agreed time slot. The car is running very well and has just passed its MOT with no faults. Patson was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I would book again, and highly recommend.

Pat arrived on time and initial communication was great. The work carried out is to a good standard.
On the downside, further communication was poor and the job took 4 days when initial estimate was 5-6 hours. I understand that issues arise and only wish I'd been informed of this at each step. I was told the car would be ready for Saturday then no further update after that. The car was not completed until Sunday. Overall, communication needs work.
