I hadn't used this service before but will defenetly be using it again in the future. I had a pre purchase inspection carried out because I wasn't able to see the car I was thinking of buying myself. This saved me having to travel on a 300 mile round trip myself which was a massive saving of both time, effort and cost. The mechanic was both punctual and communicated back with his findings, all in all very pleased with this service.

Azhar was amazing, he was so nice and gave us everything we needed/wanted to know, gave his professional advice on things when we asked him as was more than happy to answer any questions and made it clear that he was happy to help. Azhar was punctual and professional with the pre-purchase inspection. The inspection report was detailed and highlighted issues with the car that I hadn't spotted. Azhar also called me on the phone before I received the report to discuss/clarify the issues he found. The report enabled me to request fixes to the car before I bought. However, the dealership refused to admit that there were issues with the car even though I gave them a copy of the report! All in all, Azhar saved me £2000 and I would recommend the pre-purchase inspection to anyone thinking of buying a used car (even from a car dealership).

He pointed out what might have come up regarding that model in a pre-purchase inspection (for the Range Rover Sport normally issues with the air suspension).
