I chose Click Mechanic and was sorry that I did.

The mechanic was inconsistent in his telephone report and actual report.

I complained to Click Mechanic on Friday 25th My and was told they would look into it and get back to me. It is now almost Friday 1st June and I have heard nothing.

Think twice before using this company.

Yes, Azhar was very communicative & seemed to care what I thought of the report rather than just saying it's done. He was happy to go through specific details & as a result I will not be purchasing the car, which in this instance was a positive. Very happy & will request his services again when we find our car.

Azhar provided an excellent service. He arrived a bit late due to an accident on the motorway. He provided me with all the information I required.

Azhar was very polite and thorough, and spent a long time diagnosing the problem with the car jacked up. He explained what he had found clearly, and was apologetic that the problem was serious. I wasn't too surprised as the car is 16 years old: I will scrap it as the repair would cost as much as the car is worth! Using ClickMechanic was cheaper than having the car transported to a garage for investigation, and there was no pressure to have expensive work done. I would use the service again.
