Karim, was very knowledgeable and I am more than happy with the work he carried our. I would not hesitate for Karim to do work on my car again.

Came out next day to replace battery, it wasn't the battery that was the issue so he went out and got the new parts, fitted that same day.

Karim comes highly recommended by me! He changed my rear brake discs, pads, and shock absorbers; but during the process, he came across a significant problem, as a bolt and nut had rusted into my offside brake and wouldn't budge - undeterred, Karim was keen to find a solution and eventually, he managed to release it and completed the job in good time! Karim was fantastic. He got to work immediately in rather cold and damp conditions. He kept me informed as to his progress and I could see how complex it was having to also work in the dark. I really appreciated his feedback in relation to my battery after he tested it. I had not realised just how bad a condition it was. It is as old as the car so definitely due for a new battery. I valued Karim's advice re. the type of battery to purchase. After his departure I made a booking to have a battery connected at my home. I would recommend Karim as he is most competent.
