I chose the date and time for the mechanic to visit, this was delayed for 2 days, when he arrived he stated that he would need to take the car bacl to the garage to do a proper diagnosis. I asked if a courtesy car would be available and he said yes late on the Saturday afternoon to collect, tried to get hold of the mechanic to see whattime I could collect to which there was no reply. I then had to arrange alternative transport to get to work on the Monday.......... He eventually called to advise my car was ready and this would be dropped off. Upon receipt of the car being returned, my husband noticed the front alloy had been scuffed. The mechanic argued saying there wasn't a kerb near the garage, but had driven the car 8 miles to the garage! He was going to get this fixed for us but surprisingly has not been in contact to date. Booked priority repair, day was changed, then the time of collection, the time kept going back (due to collection driver issues), which i understand these things happen
Driver could not find our property (we are a hotel!!!!)
Once the car was loaded the driver asked me where he was to take the car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh dear!

My car was collected, serviced and returned within a short space of time which was very convenient. Very cust service orientated and no issues whatsoever. They even wiped out a scuff that had occurred previously. Great service.

The mechanic very friendly and knowledgeable as I'm happily satisfied with the work carried out on my car.

It took 2 days for an MOT and basic service. I was told my car was ready and had passed with just a couple of advisories but an hour later was told there was a problem with emissions that couldn't be fixed until the next day. I then had to contact them several times during the following day to ask what was happening and the car was eventually returned about 5pm on the second day with someone else's paperwork attached to the MOT form. This was my personal experience and it may not be true for customers.

Was pleased with the collection and standard of the work. Would have been nice to know I was not going to get the car back till after 7pm.

The mechanic did the job very efficiently, however, it was very overpriced. £14 for parts and £95 for labour. For this reason, I most likely won't use this service again.

Happy with the work done. Confirmed that the work was necessary. Only drawback was appointment altered due to illness of mechanic.

Lovely guy who came to collect and return my car. The problem was fixed and brakes are all sorted now .
Only reason I gave 4 star for mechanic is the mileage that was travelled in my car , it had travelled 50 miles since it was taken , I believe it is 13 miles each way to the garage from my home totally 26 miles . So that means it was driven another 24 miles elsewhere? I understand they have to test drive it a couple of mile but certainly not 24 miles ? If it wasn't for the extra mileage drove in my car I would have given 5 star rating for mechanic .
