Happy with this service. I booked the night before and within 24 hours my van was serviced and MOT’d. They collected my van at 6pm as requested and then dropped it off around 9.30pm so it was very quick and easy.

Late on the day of work booked. Made no attempt to repair on site.
Told the gearbox was cracked then told a new gearbox was required due to the release bearing fork was worn.
I then had to point out the assembly of a gearbox, provide the information of how to replace the release bearing fork.
This was them completed and the car returned completed successfully one week later.

Great service. Will use again. Picked up on time. Good communication about what work was needed. Then returned a few hours later. Great company

Having collected the car early, they then took best part of 2 days for what was supposed to be 3-4 hour job. I didn't find them clear in talking about work required - I thought they said something was necessary so authorised that, but then they decided it wasn't necessary so didn't do it - but something else was reported as "critical" afterwards (whatever critical means). When telling me car would not be ready on first day, they weren't clear why it took so long, and spoke in another language to someone in the background, which is disconcerting. Even at the end, 30-40 minutes to bring car back turned into 90 minutes. At the end, there didn't seem any way to "sign-off" the work, as I had already had the email to say it was all completed.
