Volkswagen Transporter Diagnostic Inspection

Dan could not sort the problem with my vehicle as his plugged in reader could not interigate the issue with the adblue system therefore i now need to take my vehicle to my local VAG /VW agent to have the problem checked out and repaired.

Whilst I appreciate that I was late due to traffic I feel the review was pretty unfair. I updated you to let you know that I was going to be late and you were OK with that. Unfortunately I can't help traffic.
With regards to your comments about me not sorting the problem with your vehicle, I also feel that was a bit misleading as the booking you made was for a diagnostic only. I diagnosed the problem to be with the adblue pump. However I was unsure whether the adblue pump came as part of the whole unit/ tank which I did advise you would probably be a Volkswagen main dealer job due to possibly needing coding which can only be done using Volkswagen specialist equipment.
