Please don’t use this mechanic!!!
I booked a full service and I got a 40 min oil, air filter change, oil and service clock reset only.

I was left stressed and raised concern.

The mechanic has just messaged to say ‘I did the job so you pay the service and that’s it’ however I know that is not true as I have a front light out, need aircon regas and been advised to have my breaks and front arm replaced.
Please make sure you read the reviews before accepting the job… that was my mistake.

Mechanic was polite, work was carried out quickly and the brakes seem fine now. They gave advice about an additional issue that I needed to be aware of which was helpful.

Serghei arrived 5 minutes early. A man of few words but got to work straight away and had the job of changing my starter motor, located in a really awkward position, done in well under an hour.

My mechanic was called Serghei, he came within the allotted time with his colleague who helped him replace my auxiliary belt. I was very pleased with the work they both did. Worked efficiently. I would highly recommend Serghei. The only slight difficulty was the communication as he speaks limited English, so we both had to do our best to explain and understand one another.

I waited from 4pm-6pm,missing my dinner, not able to do anything incase I missed him. No one called or texted to say they would be late, until I complained, then I got a call at 6.30pm,from the mechanic saying they would be another hour. Two chaps turned up, I know it's not their fault but I couldn't understand a word he said, so didn't know what was going on, I left them to do the job they came for. After half an hour I went out, they were packing away saying they've finished. And then told me I needed over more than £600 worth of repairs, even though the parts only cost just over £200! The money was taken straight away out of my account, before they'd even finished the job. I saved that money over 2 months to get the work done, because of being on disability benefits, and am now thinking I've got to sell the car, I can't afford another £600, if I'd of known this I wouldn't of had these repairs done. So no I'm not happy, I've just wasted nearly £300 on a car I can't use!! Awful communication, awful timing and awful outcome. Very very disappointed. Read more

Serghei was excellent. Whilst English isn't his first languauge that wasn't a problem at all. He was able to point out and show me a number of other potential faults on the car that I should consider getting done too soon, so he is very knowledgeable. His wok is very tidy and they left no mess.
I would definetely recommend using him.

Surghei was superb and came with an assistant. He actually arranged to come one day in advance. They got to work immediately after a short consultation and some clinical tests on the motor. Then within ten minute the cars wheels were removed and it was up in stands in a whirlwind of activity. They worked without break until completion, fast and efficient having lates out there tools on the drive very neatly. I was dubious whether a clutch could be done on the driveway but they proved me totally wrong. The car now drives like new. Great work guys, wish you all the best for the future. 👍
