Serghei delivered a spot on report for my Premium Pre-purchase Inspection.

Arrived 1 and a half hours late- came in, told me it was gonna cost another £267.95 to fix a wing mirror. He wasn't here 10 minutes and it's cost me £139 to find that out. What a rip off.

Sergei was punctual and diagnosed the problem promptly. He was polite and helpful. I would recommend him and click mechanic generally.

Seemed to do the job. Minimal communication and seems the gears don't engage since new clutch

Unfortunately he couldn’t fix my car at this particular time as he needed to take out the gear box to replace the sensor but he gave good advice and knows his stuff, would recommend him.

Took a while to diagnose. Said it was the dpf filter and it needed cleaning. Found quite rude as he and his friend were talking to each other in their language and laughing. Then said we can clean it. Don’t go through click mechanic again call us directly and we will do it all for £500.

Very happy with the speed and quality of the work. Was booked for 2-4pm and didn't arrive until after 3pm and I had to call to request an ETA. This was probably the only negative.

Yes English isn't a first language but not a problem. Speedy work on my driveway fitting new disc brakes all round.
