ROB was very helpful, prompt, and speedy. His communication was excellent too. I would not hesitate to use this commonly again.

The visiting mechanic was not thorough in his inspection. He looked under the bonnet but without the engine running and did not spend more than two minutes there. He did not sit at the wheel of the car. He did not inspect the log book and ask to see supporting paperwork. He was content to finish the inspection without a road test. I insisted on a road test. He finished the inspection without giving me any detailed feedback. I haven't received the report yet but when I do, I don't expect much because he was not carrying a pen or piece of paper to take notes during the inspection. Very disappointing.

He was there on time and did the job in good time however it was not what really needed repairing and feel that he could have known that but did not say, I rang them to tell them and they wanted to charge £50 just to come out to diagnose the real problem after I'd already spent £80 on a fan belt I did not need

This inspection was so easy to request and was well worth the money. The mechanic was punctual, and reported back to us the findings immediately.
The trader even commented on how good he was and was impressed by his knowledge and took on board the comments he made.

Mechanic found the problem but cant fixed, he said will be come back to me with quotation about parts etc but they didn't, i was pay £60 for nothing
