Ford Focus Diagnostic Inspection

Not sure what I paid for really, £80 for driving my car around for 2 days and then offering no diagnostic information apart from what sounded like the results from a basic OBD scanner wasn't what I expected. I ddn't appreciate having to contact them for a status update when I Iheard nothing from them on the day diagnostic was supposed to have been completed either.
On the whole I've been left with no solution to my problem which is very disappointing and certainly not the outcome I expected.

Pickup time was to be 8-10am. Message at 10.10 to say delayed so new time 10.45 in fact turned up 11.30.
Was told would need 3-4 hours for MOT and service. Phone call about 6 to say delayed my car finally returned at 9.30 with an extra 79miles on the clock.
Faisal said that they were short staffed and because of the hassle-I had to cancel an appointment in the evening- the bill would be reduced. This has not happened. I will never use your site again and expect some refund.
