Ian diagnosed the electrical fault with my car and has now fixed it so I'm back on the road. I wish he was a bit more communative. I would definitely be happy to use Ian again.

Had all brake 4 pads changed and ended up in a 2nd garage as the wrong pads have been fitted. Now a futher £360 bill for front pads and discs

Ian came to look at the car and diagnosed the issues with the car. Was happy with the service and agreed for additional work to happen however Ian has not returned any phone calls/messages for over a week now. Very disappointed as now need to find alternatives.

Ian quickly diagnosed the problem - worse than I expected but at least I know what to do next.

Happy with the work done by Ian although he was quite late arriving without letting me know he was running late. Again was expecting him the following day but didn't turn up and didn't let me know why until I messaged him. I understand things may occur that's beyond ones control but a simple message to keep me informed would have stopped me stressing as I can't get to work without a car. Would still like to thank him for the good work done.

Diagnosed the problem fairly quickly, telling me the possible cause of the fault and what would be needed to fix it.
