Ian quickly diagnosed the problem - worse than I expected but at least I know what to do next.

Happy with the work done by Ian although he was quite late arriving without letting me know he was running late. Again was expecting him the following day but didn't turn up and didn't let me know why until I messaged him. I understand things may occur that's beyond ones control but a simple message to keep me informed would have stopped me stressing as I can't get to work without a car. Would still like to thank him for the good work done.

Only put 4 on for punctuality as got delayed but the communication was great as he called to let me know,

Yes believe Ian knows his job!not what I thought it could be but can be sorted much cheaper than the fuel injector!
