Excellent job, Ian explained what he was doing and kept me informed, I could not be happier

Ian knows his job well and just gets on with the job. Have rebooked him to carry out the vehicles mot & full service. Very happy with his work ethic & attitude however I minor detail to note is he inadvertently drove off with the wife's coffee cup lol which I hope will be returned when he carries out the service & mot.

Ian just got on with the work but did have to chase a couple of times & didn't respond to texts and was 30 mins late to the scheduled time

Ian took the job and attended the same day and spoke knowledgeably.
He was confident he'd diagnosed the issue and said he would send me a quote.
I had to chase the quote and once obtained we agreed a date; which I took a day off work for.
I tried to contact Ian to get confirmation the day before but received nothing.
I then phone him on the morning for an ETA, he said he needed to check the part had arrived and would attend later.
At 5.15pm that day he sent a message to say the part hadn't arrived.
I asked him to let me know when the part arrived. I didn't hear from him again.
I complained to Click Mechanic and Ian said he'd be in touch the following Monday.
Ian did not contact me.
