John phoned initially to say he would be a little early which was fine. There were some issues that needed doing and John telephoned first to see if I wanted the work done with no pressure at all on his part. I said yes to the work and my car was returned as promised by 6 p.m.

John, cane across professional and also friendly person and also trustworthy. Sorted issue out. Have good confidence in ability. Plan to ask for other work fairly shortly, brakes, tyres, oil and filter. Recommended.

john was very friendly and did his best to oblige. I was disappointed in his time keeping, arriving well outside his allotted time scale, but he did at least warn us and updated us as he went along.
The afterthought of asking if I wanted the brake fluid and coolant replaced was timely but in my view
overpriced. As the car was already in his hands, the work was authorised.
Your final invoice is too sparse in showing work done. It should contain all the elements of the service chosen with tick boxes against each item done.

Collected the car in the time window promised, informed me nice and early about the pass, and talked me through the advisories to allow me to make an informed decision whether I wanted then sorted on the same day.

Excellent service with polite mannerism. A true professional. I will be using his services in the future as well.

I never met the actual mechanic, but the driver was very friendly. As I'm not proficient on cars I trust the job was done!! Will use again

Very happy again with the service provided by John. He called beforehand to say when he would be arriving, and also rang to detail any necessary work to get the car through its MoT. Also priced up the advisories but I was under no pressure to get them done. Have used John twice now and would definitely use him again and would happily recommend him to others.
