John was very polite, friendly and punctual.

I made a booking request at 5pm yesterday, John had accepted the request at 5:30pm with a collection slot of 8am-10am today.

I received a phone call this morning to let me know when he was on his way to collect my car (collected by 8:45am) and I had it returned within a few hours with the work complete (around 12:15pm). Very reasonable for spark plug replacements including free collection and delivery.

John asked that I call him if I had any problems with the work which is nice to know and I'm sure he would've sorted out any issues but I don't have any.

The mechanic (John) was extremely friendly. He collected my Mercedes SUV on time, and left his car on my driveway after asking if it was okay to do so. He serviced my car (full service) and arranged for it to receive an MOT test. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I received a phone call from the garage that he was based at to say that my car passed its test, but had 4 advisory points. I will use the Click Mechanic (John) to carry out the minor work. Overall I am very pleased with the way that the work was carried out.

There was a problem with the repair, but John came back and put it right straight away. He was very polite and pleasant and has since called me to check all is well with the car. I always think the way problems are dealt with is a good guide to a mechanic's quality.
