Click mechanic organisation did not appear to manage the callout well? Call initiated Friday am and 3 then 4 full days slots provided to do job - subsequently extended a further 2 days .. Repair agreed for Tuesday.. Got cancelled (no spare part available ) repair completed Wednesday morning

I think you should hold stock of very commonly used parts (like a volvo V40 front spring) to avoid delays
