Filip was amazing. Turned up at the beginning of the time slot and immediately set to work. He had my two front brake pads changed within 20 minutes. He was also incredibly friendly and tidied up after himself as well.

Belated thanks to Filip for early next morning inspection on a ridiculously cold Saturday. He was thorough and clearly explained everything, giving me options.
The 'belated' bit is due to a week's delay in confirming Filip's initial finding that it's a water pump issue (AA parts/labour cover requires their callout - also reckoned pump - and nominated garage diagnostic) - which was tricky as there are several potential causes of the heating problem. Filip is friendly, punctual and attested twice over as knowledgeable. Go ahead, book Filip, I would do so again without hesitation. I have recommended Filip and Click Mechanic to others.
