Felipe contacted me prior to the mechanical work to introduce himself and to arrange a time from the time schedule options I provided. Felipe explained clearly what needed to be fixed on my car and kept me updated, and checked that I agreed with going ahead with the work. Clear communication is great, and reassuring. Felipe fixed the spark plugs and serviced my car. I am happy to recommend Felipe to to other customers. Thanks again Felipe for all your help! :)

Filip was indeed friendly and obviously knowledgable about the job in hand. He contacted me the day before and he arrived 15 minutes before the agreed start time. Working very hard, knowing definitely what he was doing and what lay ahead. However, one and a half hours from the commencement, the job was done and tested on the spot to Filip's and my satisfaction. The car still needs, of course, a proper road test over a lengthy distance which I will undertake sometime within the coming weekend (Sat 30th April & Sunday 1st May). Basically, I was very happy with Filip and, if he admits to the relevant knowledge, I would recommend him for most automobile repairs. Following the road test, I will report to ClickMechanic.
