All good so far. Very helpful when I had a follow up question. Not had chance to drive the car yet. They gave me some helpful information as to what may need to done on the car in the future.

Overall Cristinel was brilliant with the job. The initial booking was rearranged as the replacement part had not arrived in time. Cristinel informed of this in time.

On the day of the rearranged booking, I was quite bothered by the delay in Cristinel's arrival. But this was overshadowed as he was very knowledgeable in his field and guided me to add on a further job to fully rectify the problem. I am glad I listened to him despite the fact that it cost me more than I had anticipated.

For the third and final appointment the car was collected on time. Even the collection driver was full of praise for Cristinel. There was a significant delay in getting my car back as the job took longer than expected. This certainly tested my patience but it was necessary to complete the work. This is where the communication could have been a lot better.
At the end of the day the problem has been successfully rectified so I am happy.
Clickmechanic were very involed at all the stages which I really appreciated.

They turned up and did a great job. Very knowledgeable and got straight on with it. Only compliant is with time, but I put that down to unforeseen circumstance on them.

Very well, they were helpful in evaluating what needed to be done and what could be left.

I booked in front brake pads and discs. The mechanic was really knowledgeable and did the job perfectly in a timely manner. I was kept updated on arrival time.

Excellent job done, arrived within the allotted time and completed the work efficiently and left a clean area where the work was undertaken. I've certainty noticed the improved performance from the car.
