Quote was for car to be repaired on driveway, 3-4 hours.
Actual - Car finally returned Monday 5pm!
Cost me over £250 for hire car to take Foster children on planned vacation.

Hi apologies for this as we talked about it before car was collected from you that it would be done at our garage because a mini is one off the hardest clutches to do because its over a 6 hour book time and we did our best over Easter Bank Holiday weekend

Nissan Qashqai Clutch replacement

Pointed out i didn't need the more expensive as first thought. However, after fixing clutch it went again the next morning. Faulty part but very annoying. However, returned the next morning and fixed again at no extra cost. So all in all a mixed experience but with a decent outcome.

The work on my car was exceptional. The job took longer than expected because one of the men couldn’t stay and we ended up with the other sitting waiting in the car until 9.30pm. We were unsure what was happening however they returned the next day to complete the work (a week later than originally scheduled).

Friendly, polite, great communication. did great job, no mess left behind. explained everything except some of the health check, just seen it on the document. Only thing was job got changed to next day as he had to go finish previous days job.
Was refunding me for steering fluid as we supplied it so he said he'd refund but didnt. Would book him again as did a professional job.
