Paul was extremely reliable and professional. He contacted me at the start of the week and again the day before, just to check everything was ok for the job. On the day, he arrived on time and had made sure he had all the correct parts in advance by bringing a range of alternative parts, just to be sure. He carried out the work very efficiently and gave some excellent advice about the car in general. I was a little sceptical about Click Mechanic, having never used it before, but thanks to Paul, I'm glad I did.

Paul was very good and when I rang him he presented me with quick clear and precise overview of the car and the features I needed to look at for.

The only minor issue was that he actually saw the car many hours ahead of schedule, which was a good think, however, as he had not told me he had just inspected the car, the owner got a little anxious and had to notify me as to why I had not contacted them back about the car, but prior to this she had accepted another offer which led to me losing out on the car. This was totally not down to Paul, who supplied good photos and descriptions the next day, but it just would have been good to have.
