Russom was called out for one problem and came prepared with the right car part for that issue BUT when it turns out something else was the issue, he did not hesitate to locate the right part (after trying a number of other solutions) and got the car running on the same day!

He was super helpful, communication was great and he now has a loyal customer in me!
