Russom was very friendly and more than happy to explain everything he was doing and how things should be when working correctly. He replaced my alternator as requested while I was in a meeting (so convenient that he came to me) and then talked me through how he had confirmed that it was the issue. I've driven 200 miles since and all seems great so no complaints from me.

Russom was very knowledgable and friendly. I was very happy with his work and attention to detail, even rectifying parts of the installation which were not fixed properly by the prior mechanic. I am a bit of a car buff and can say hand on heart that Russom knows is stuff and took time to also explain what he was doing.

On time he change the camshaft sensor he said as it was written in the report I provided . After replacing the camshaft the warning light went off then came back on before he left. Russiom cleared The warning light. It came back on the next day, I called the mechanic to let him know, Rusdom said he did what was in the report to get in contact with you click mechanic.
Not sure what to say In Regards to the work that was carried out as I back in the same position that I was before.
He gave advice which I appreciate but I still have the warning light showing on the dash board.

The mechanic gave me a call first thing and let me know his expected arrival. once he arrived he got straight to work. It turns out the wrong part was ordered, so he went to collect the correct part and complete the works. Overall a good experience, i would book him again.
