Sam did a really god job servicing my car. He explained what type oils & filters required changing & the purpose for these. He even reset the service notice on my dashboard, was easier than what I thought to be honest! Makes you wonder how the dealerships can justify the prices they charge. More than happy with the work & Sam was a really pleasant guy.

Hi, unfortunately not very happy. My mechanic Paul come and fitted the part for me took the car for a test drive and advised the issue with the car was sorted. He then cleared the error code on my dash. Issue is the problem was not fixed, once I drove it a mile the error light flicked back up and my car went back into limp mode. very frustrating that I was led to believe the problem was fixed and the error was wiped from my dash when clearly was not the case and now I’m a significant amount of money down. Would very much appreciate if someone from customer services could contact me and help me address this.

Lovely guy, called on route to confirm arrival time. Very friendly, explained everything he was going to do and did.
Advised on a couple of things that needed attention without a hard sell on extra works. Highly recommended.
