Terence was great - he found the initial fault through the diagnostic tool, then explained it fully to me, told me the part that would need replacing and returned to fit the said part, always explaining everything to me fully.

Terence was polite informative and the light has disappeared, so hopefully I will not need major surgery.

The mechanic was friendly, done the job we required, even called to say he was stuck in traffic and will be with us as soon as he can, very happy
