Terry was able to track down and fix the electrical issue with our vehicle. He certainly knew what he was looking for and identified two issues, which he resolved.

Terry was good enough to tell me he was not well enough to attend. In fact he ended up in hospital with a serious condition. What is laughable is the utterly pathetic response of Click Mechanic to the situation. You could not cancel the work so I was left with my Bank holding a reserved payment for the work for 4 working days, nor was any attempt made whatsoever to try and find somebody who could take over the job. It exposed a serious weakness in the system.

1000% hands down one of the best mechanics I've ever come across, came and fitted a nice new battery for my sirroco but at the same time sorted out the engine cover wich was rattling had me thinking there was something wrong with the engine and he just noticed it and took it all off and went the extra mile putting silicone I the right places and has filly changed the sound of the engine significantly he'll of alot quiter, genuinely impressed and I only booked in for a battery change!
