mechanic was amazing again sadly car has a massive problem so back to square 1 but wouldn't have known anything without the knowledge of the mechanic. was upfront and honest and generally a really lovely bloke 👍

Terry was prompt, polite, professional, honest and friendly. During pre-job check discovered i had been wrongly diagnosed. Thoroughly checked and double checked, what he found to be the problem, and informed me of what was wrong, and what other problems could be caused if matter was not fixed. Even took photographs of the problem and sent me copies. A true credit to his profession

our mechanic was absolutely amazing . explained everything he was doing and got to the problem and we are booked in to have repair completed . definitely work booking peace of mind that your car is looked at by a professional 👌

Terry was able to track down and fix the electrical issue with our vehicle. He certainly knew what he was looking for and identified two issues, which he resolved.

Terry was good enough to tell me he was not well enough to attend. In fact he ended up in hospital with a serious condition. What is laughable is the utterly pathetic response of Click Mechanic to the situation. You could not cancel the work so I was left with my Bank holding a reserved payment for the work for 4 working days, nor was any attempt made whatsoever to try and find somebody who could take over the job. It exposed a serious weakness in the system.
