He was very knowledgeable and professional and made thorough use of the diagnostic kit to identify my problem, which he was able to resolve without needing replacement parts. I was very pleased with the whole service from booking to completion.

Terry was prompt, polite, professional, honest and friendly. During pre-job check discovered i had been wrongly diagnosed. Thoroughly checked and double checked, what he found to be the problem, and informed me of what was wrong, and what other problems could be caused if matter was not fixed. Even took photographs of the problem and sent me copies. A true credit to his profession
