Very professional, and found the problem in 5 mins

Gary was courteous whereby his previous job ran late and he rang me and apologised so we arranged a slightly later time.
He was friendly and explained what he was looking at on the car and gave me an honest report on what I needed to have done.

Gary was fantastic, he test drove the car and did a thorough check. He reassured me that all was ok with the car which was great as I'd only bought it 2 days ago. He was very knowledgable and gave me some great advice. Would highly recommend.

Was a fair bit later than original time slot though did ring in advance to check if would be ok , wasnt present when work carried out though was carried out as requested and did phone to say work was completed , In all very happy with job & in my case time slot lateness didnt cause an issue

Gary was excellent and went out of his way to carry out an extra couple of checks for me. He spent time on the phone explaining his report, which then helped me in my negotiations with the dealer.

Although delayed Gary did keep me informed of his arrival time. Nice friendly guy seemed to know his job well. Disappointing that when he started to look at the car the work needed was considerably more than we had hoped for. However he did keep me well informed soon getting a price on the additional parts needed and the likelihood of a cost effective solution. At the moment we have decided not to pursue as could be more than the car is worth unfortunately

This is the second time I've used Gary's services through ClickMechanic and yet again he is excellent in approach and customer care. I happily recommend these guys.
