My mechanic was very knowledgable and made sure to keep me updated with the status of my vehicle.

Extremely efficient service, hassle free, I managed to hand over my keys at my front door in under 30 seconds and get back onto my work video call.

Speed of the return of my car was also so fast I didn’t think it possible they had changed my brake disks, but when I went out to check - all the work has been done, so a lightning fast service.

Perfect job and I’m happy with the work they carried out. They have also highlighted another area that need some attention. Generally a good feeling knowing that they were fixing my car without me having to even drop the car off.

I had a clutch and rear off side wheel bearing replacement - the gear box oil was also changed.

My car was picked up at 08:00 - right on time. At around 11:30, I recieved a call to tell me it wasn't my front off side wheel bearing that needed replacing (as I originally thought) but the right - this meant the job will be cheaper.

The car came back at 17:15; the gentleman who bought it back (I think his name was Tom) was very friendly.

I've just driven my car and I'm happy to say it's lovely to drive again - W&M Motors done a really good job.

Driver arrived late (overslept)
Needed a couple of extra work to be changed which bumped up original price but to which I agreed to.
Haven't driven the car since back from service but will make sure to let you know if any problem.
Finally car didn't seem to have been cleaned (seats protected, steering wiped down) which is not good especially with Covid. Just wondering what hygiene protocol the garage has

Perfect. Homa contacted me beforehand to remind me about the appointment and to check a few basics. On the day, he arrived very promptly and there was no drama, answering any questions I had. After dropping the car back, as I wasn't there, he followed up with a call to talk through the work done. All in all, spot on, thanks.
