Didn’t complete the job properly, only did half the job as I asked to replace brake disc and brake pads. Only replaced the brake disc but reused the old pads. Went to a garage to sort everything out.

Was in contact soon after the booking to confirm a time. Friendly, very knowledgeable, kept us informed of what was going on. We had a good conversation about what was needed and the report itself was helpful. It was good to have an expert confirm our concerns.
