Arrived on time, polite, helpful and friendly, carried out work. Highly recommended

The actual work carried out was spot on, unfortunately the parts person had put the wrong item in the right box, so Ripley had to abandon the repair until he got the right part. He communicated the changes and was always pleasant and easy to talk to
