The mechanic was booked to replace the front brake discs and pads - two independent checks have verified that the discs weren’t replaced and the car has been unsafe. The pads that were replaced can’t be used with the new discs I’ve had to buy so have had to pay twice while driving a dangerous vehicle .

Martyn was very good, however Click Mechanics office gave us the wrong mobile number for Martyn and failed to record follow up call that we had agreed with Martyn

Martyn diagnosed my problem as being a brake light switch. We arranged to get one and thought he would come back and fit it, but it seems not. Our job has gone back into the system waiting for any engineer to volunteer to fit it. Martyn seems to have disappeared. Not happy at all.
