Ford Mondeo Diagnostic Inspection

Martyn was running a little late for the original 2 hour time slot but texted me early to keep me in the picture.
He quickly diagnosed the problem with the car and was able to confirm it was repairable at a reasonable cost.
I have booked him in to do the job.

Renault Clio Car Won't Start Inspection

The mechanic did not turn up the day he was supposed to. I called the office they said they would find out what was going on and let me know, no one rang me back. The mechanic txt at 07:30 the next morning saying he'd got his dates muddled up! Could he come later today. He did diagnose the problem so hence 3 for quality, 1 for punctuality and 1 for communication it wouldn't allow me to leave zero!

Martyn was friendly and helpful.but the only problem was he had a bit argument with my partner and end up us bringing back the car for MOT retest because he declined to bring the car back.Not a happy costumer!
