Martin communicated throughout the process especially as there was a problem with scheduled appointment which couldn't be avoided due to traffic issues. That's the only reason for punctuality rating. Martin did a thorough job replacing the car battery and checking that it was working well. Also, as a goodwill gesture due to late arrival, he topped up the oil and water free of charge. Very happy that car is now working and can drive again.
