Very friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. He was able to provide a lot of information and advice about my car, in relation to the repairs being carried out, general information and other likely repairs in the future. He was honest and realistic about the requirement to change wearing parts unlike my last service at a Vauxhall dealer where they seemed to think anything with over 50% wear required replacement.
