Martyn kept me informed when he was running a little bit late completed the work within the time and even took the time to flush my radiator and get rid of all the rad seal that I'd put in a couple of days before hand will definitely use him again

Hi im sorry that you feel this away about the experience you certainly didn't flag up your feelings to me at the time and was very thankful and pleasant. I would of been happy to talk to you about it. Everything in the service list was carried out I find it slightly unfair you judging me on the age of my van (which is in perfect condition) I have all the tools I'd ever need to carry out mobile mechanics and have done for over 6 years being mobile.
I'd also like to state I took extra time out of kindness to repair your boot for you as it was not opening properly,
Once again apologies if you wernt 100% happy.

Appalling. Didn't do what he said, left our family stranded on holiday. Never use this scumbag. ClickMechanic then offer an appalling customer service to resolve, despite happily pocketing our money. A terrible, terrible service from start to finish. I strongly recommend staying away from them.
