Andy and his team provided a fantastic service, which could not be bettered. The mechanic arrived promptly to collect my car and carried out an MOT and full service. Andy rang me to let me know of additional work that needed to be done for my car to pass its MOT and only carried out the work once I had given my authority to do so. My car was then delivered back to me later that day. Andy was very friendly, polite and professional and I am happy to recommend him and his team.

They were communicative (even when I wasn't), punctual and when they raised potential further work on my car, it was all mechanically reasonable and priced ok.

They warned me about some preventative maintenance that I'd recently had done, so that's good. They seem on the ball.

The work carried out was standard for a full service, I wasnt happy that an advisory was put on my mot for a nail in my back tyre the mechanic should have contacted me in the first instance to tell me and ask me if I wanted it repaired. Overall I don't think I would let my car go back to this garage.

I'm blown away by just how good the service was. We hadn't realised our MOT had expired after being extended for Covid, so we urgently needed it sorting before Tuesday. We booked on the Saturday and the car was collected on Monday. Despite Andy being a couple of men down, he understood how important it was to get the work done and took our problem on as his own. The car failed the MOT but Andy's team worked late to fix the problems and deliver back to us on Monday evening.
