Had a Long Conversation with the Guy and he really does know his trade. Excellent service.

I had my car picked up at 10:00 and I was told that I should expect it by 15:00.
I texted Suleman, the mechanic at 14:15 tonsee if we're on track, but got no response.
I called him at 15:15 ,since he hadn't delivered the car at the agreed time and was told that he was on his way to another job and that I should expect him to be another 50 minutes late!
I told him that I need my car ASAP and he asked me to return it at around 18:00 when I finish work and to give him a lift home, even though not only he failed to return it at the agreed time , he also failed to let me know about any potential delays!.

Fantastic, came out quickly, friendly and knew straight away what the problem was. Thanks

He was really friendly and took onboard everything I told him about what was wrong with it. He also fitted me in earlier than my booking slot which I was very grateful for as I needed it done asap.
