The mechanic was very friendly and willing. He turned up at around 8pm to fix my windscreen washer motor. He already had a spare. Unfortunately despite checking all fuses he still couldnt complete the job. I have had to try someone else,

I was advised to have a diagnostic test on my car costing £65. Had it done and was told I needed a new alternator . Arranged to have it fitted and was told I needed a new battery not an alternator payed another £51 call out charge waited 4days spent £116 to find out I need a new battery. Apparently Halfords test this for free . This is the first time I have used your service and it hasn't been a good experience I would like you to consider returning all or part of my diagnostic test fee.i want to use your service again.i think it's great being able to get a mechanic whenever you need one Thanks Wayne Smith.

Surman, was perfect. Fitted new brake pads and disks. He arrived as soon as possible made my mind at ease, as he was stuck in traffic… so running late. He great guy and very thorough and also transparent on his work ethics. Will definitely use him again.
