Yes a friend bloke who knew what he was doing and wouldn't leave till my car was sorted out, very reasonable and responded to my emails and messages fast.

Suleman was friendly and helpful. He made an effort to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it and he encouraged me to watch him work, so I could see exactly what was being done and that the work paid for was being rendered. A part given to him by the supplier was a wrong part, which could happen to anyone, meaning he couldn't carry all the work out on the day - he had to go away and get replacement parts and come back. He did make an effort to keep me updated by phone with his progress resolving the issue. On the Saturday, he was meant to arrive between 10am and 12pm, but didn't actually arrive till gone 2pm. He did call at some stage to advise he had been held up in the parts store, but I'm not sure collecting parts is a two hour task? Anyhow, the work has been completed and I to a good standard from what I can ascertain. The original symptom hasn't been resolved, but this isn't Suleman's fault and the components he replaced seemed to be in need of replacing anyway. Would use again, but it does seem he's trying to juggle numerous jobs at once and being a lone worker, maybe has bitten off more than he can chew. Read more

He was very friendly, polite and explained my car problem to me and fixed it. He is truly an example of good customer service!

Punctuality would have got 4 stars as he did arrive later than expected but Suleman explained there was a problem with getting the part with the vendor hence the delay so the fault wasn't with mechanic himself. However he did contact to notify and maintained good communication.
