Jordan was very friendly but overall i was left unhappy. After an unexpected problem with my car whilst jordan was completing repairs, i was left for 16 days with no use of my car and had to have it recovered to a garage to put right.

Jordan kept in touch with an arrival time & did a job that we struggled to get anyone else to do. I would definitely ask for Jordan again 👍

Jorden is friendly and punctual. He communicate with me before arrival.Jorden was friendly and knowledge person which helps me to find the fault and iam happy to recomend him. Jordan arrived on his way out with his family and did not have the correct obd port connector for my car, despite knowing the car details when accepting the job. I provided a cable that has been in my car since i got it which he said didn't work. He then left within ten minutes saying he would come back with the correct lead. After departure he took the payment and added a further quote to come back. I then noticed when I used the car he hadn't put it back together and covers were rolling around under bonnet.
Through the resolution process Jordan was less than responsive and continued to blame myself and my lead for the lack of diagnosis. He insulted my intelligence by stating all cars come with an odb port connector and it is my responsibility to have a working connector. Fortunately Click Mechanic resolution service refunded me as he did not have equipment to do job and took the payment without doing the job. I would not recommend. Read more

Text/rang to update me and diagnosed the issue quickly. It was quick and easy to book. He sent a quote over quickly too, following the diagnosis.

Jordan did a great job and made sure that the car was sorted before handing it over

Jordan came out a day before the initial booked date to see the issue regarding the wheel bearing - he was able to diagnose additional issue regarding the brake wheel and pads.

I would definitely recommend again if you want your car issues diagnosed.
