The wipers the mechanic fitted blew off immediately. He claimed they were defective and promised to replace them the same day, Monday. Then he was coming Tuesday, but he didn't. Instead Wednesday.

He was on time to Asses the issue with my car however, he promised me to return the next day, then the next day and again the next day telling me different stories each time, which I had to message him and ring him, communication is very poor, in the end I told him to cancel the call I had booked it into a garage , he arrived within 10 mins , fixed what he said was wrong then only to tell me it’s something else I paid over the odds for him to come as I need e my car urgently to get to work , 5 days on I am still with a working car AVOID AT ALL Costs

Jordan was very good, he explained the results of the analysis he carried out and told me what was needed to fix the fault. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
