I was not fully satisfied with the service I received. I purchased the premium package, which is supposed to cover checks for leaks, faulty parts, and even diagnostics. However, when I asked the mechanic about these, he told me it wasn’t his job. Later that day, the report stated that I would need to get the car diagnosed separately, even though this should have been included in the package.

I was present during the inspection, but not all information was shared with me at the time. The report was only sent late at night after I had already purchased the car. Once I reviewed it, I discovered more faults listed that the mechanic never mentioned during the checks.
While the issue he pointed out was correct, several important details were missed in person.

I wouldn’t say he is a bad mechanic, but the work felt rushed, and for a premium service, I expected clearer communication and a more thorough inspection.

1st of can I please apologise that the service you received Saturday wasn't up to your standards we do hundreds of pre purchase inspections every year and 9 out of 10 customers are really happy with our inspections we produce

We have discussed in the customer service centre about how we can move forward from this

We will.learn from your feedback from this and do our utmost to present our future inspections in a mu h more detailed way so others are able to understand

Also we didn't just fob you off with take it somewhere else thats not my job on the inspections we are not allowed to remove any plastic covers or under trays all we can do is advise of.
any leaks.which os what we had done we cant go and tear the sellers car apart to inspect a leak for you which you are the buyer so I hope you can understand this

Lastly to summarise we are happy to take on your feed back to us and we are happy to work on our ability to outline and summarise faults in a more detailed manner

And once again we always want what is best for our customers with that in mind we wish you well naamalsha you were a lovely guy

Sean was lovely. Sadly I asked for front break pads, it turns out it was the back that needed doing. He kindly showed me how I could tell which one it was for future reference and is hopefully returning Asap to do the back too.

Sean was top and straightforward and found the problem quickly, the timing belt of my car is gone and the cost to repair it will be over several grand worth of money
