Suzuki Grand Vitara MOT with collection & delivery

Sean was difficult to get hold of. In the end, after 3 days, my car was delivered back by two of his mates and not him.
To begin with, when I asked for an MOT test certificate, Sean sent me an email with details of why it failed the MOT i.e. coil spring/brake pipe/suspension arm and underside of vehicle corrosion. Which I believe were minor defects and in time could be repaired easily.
The official MOT test certificate was left in the car and I found it the next day.

Sorry you feel this way however,
I’m a bit confused as I was the one who personally delivered the vehicle back to you with my two colleagues as we dropped another vehicle back at an address nearby.
The 3 days wait was due to waiting for you to respond to us with a reply for your email address to send the quote over to as requested, then a further 2 days for your accountant to tell us no and that you wanted the car back to which you then had your vehicle back the next day.
As for your MOT results we do not carry out the test we take your vehicle to a MOT station who then carries it out , if they felt the defects needed fixing this is why they have failed the MOT and also your MOT certificate was on your passenger seat which is what we do with all our customers and I’ve never had a complaint about it before so I do apologise for the inconvenience of this.
Thank you for the review however I do feel some of your comments are unfair and untrue.

Fiat Ducato Premium Pre-purchase Inspection

today i was bored and i saw a hugh trolleyjack near my van so i jacked it up and started looking at the linkages balljoints etc. there was play in the steerring when grabing both wheels with a collegue on the other side play was evident.
The reason i did this is because clickmechanic had at no point in the inspection raised my vehicle to do a proper check on the steering and suspension . This vehicle has worn out suspension and the ride height of a sports car. it is not possible to examine the underside without raising the vehicle. clickmechanic did not do this. i think im owed a refund.
the report is inaccurate and hastily put together as was the inspection itself.
it states that the examination was carried out by a different mechanic

Hi Steven after numerous calls from yourself a good month or so after the inspection was completed you have now started to highlight problems with the vehicle
We had given you a detailed list of what was wrong with it at the time of the inspection all was well and you let my colleague on his way without anything being said
A good 2 weeks on from the inspection you rang me with an aggressive attitude and you were shouting and screaming at me
You shouted at me asking why we didn't strip the top of the engine down to check the injectors and the rocker cover off to inspect for corrosion as I had explained to you previously on the phone that is not covered by the inspection that you had booked the only bits we can check is under the engine cover if fitted
You had said to me you wanted to use click mechanics inspection so you could go back to where you bought the van so you could demand a refund
I haven't heard anything off of you for a good week or so and without warning we receive this very untrue review stating we didn't do this didn't do that
I'm sorry you didn't get what you wanted from where you bought the van but I fail to see why taking it out on my business should rectify or make you feel better we did warn you of everything we found
And as you stated at the beginning of this untrue review that you have written about us it states "you were bored and there was a jack beside your van " straight away to us that would indicate to us that you are out looking for an argument once again
Please may I take this opportunity to say sorry to you and say sorry that you were not happy with our service that you were provided with on the day
