This was an MoT and service so no obvious changes before and after. Mechanic called ahead so I would know when to expect him and when the vehicle would be returned. He was courteous and professional. The only disappointment was finding that the MoT certificate was issued with the current date. The existing certificate still had nearly a month to run and I understood the new certificate could be forwarded dated to follow on.

Darren was friendly and courteous at all times. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. The front discs and pads change on my vehicle didn't take Darren very long to perform. He gave me some advise regarding a completely unrelated matter too!

Arrived exactly when he said, returned the car 90mins later with work done and clear explanation of what might be required over the long-term.

This must be the fifth or sixth time I have used Darren to service my cars and I have found him to be superb. Arrives when he says, keeps me up to date, courteous, and gets my vehicles back to me promptly. Great service from a very nice guy.

Darren was great, he arrived but called beforehand to check ok. He then brought the car back within the time said, and all work completed as agreed. He had to change a couple of bulbs but again he called ahead to check ok. Thank you- would be sure to use again.

Darren came across as friendly, knowledgeable and direct. On return of my car he explained the items needed following a major service. However, there’s no pressure to get this done immediately. I aim to get the 3 fixes completed, because I trust the process.
