Darren was great. Had a call 10-15 mins beforehand letting me know he was on route. Friendly guy who didn't even accept a tea or coffee before cracking on. Carried out the work efficiently and tidily, showing me all stages as he went, as well as a recommendation for some additional work without pressuring/scaremongering.

Darren always does a great job. He knows my car(s) well now and I am never disappointed with his timekeeping, work and communication. I would not go anywhere else.

He diagnosed my coolant leak to be coming from auxiliary radiator correctly but the quote for the new radiator to be installed is excessive. £775 for the part and 2 hours labour for £154. Having done some research I have ordered the part for £200 (not from the main dealer but a reputable German brand Mahle) and will fit it myself. Even with my novice car repair skills it will only take me 1 hour to do it so I am sure an experienced mechanic could do it faster than I can right? I feel sorry for people who are completely clueless and would have no choice but to pay £944 I got quoted.

Very good service from Darren. My wife was late with the car but he was ok to wait for a few minutes until car was available for this work. And he returned car back home on time and I received the service report just after that. Very happy with overall service and will for sure recommend or do it again in the future.
